The standard package supports subdomains, parked domains, an additional multiple domain, three SSD-backed databases, phpMyAdmin, one secure SFTP account and File Manager access. Traffic and visitor volumes are not metered, subject to the hosting provider's Acceptable Use Policy.

Storage and mailbox capacity can be expanded. A higher-capacity package or additional resources will result in a higher monthly fee, which we confirm before making changes.

Continuity

What backups do—and do not—cover

Daily backups are an important recovery tool, but they are not a substitute for careful maintenance or approved change control. Restoration depends on a usable backup being available within the retention period. Contact us promptly if content is deleted or a site begins behaving unexpectedly.

For sites that receive regular updates, use plugins or handle customer data, consider an ongoing website maintenance plan.
